As of October 2021, the certificate on the RUBCard can no longer be renewed. There are the following points to consider:

• New students will only receive RUBCards (i.e. student ID cards) without a "crypto chip", therefore the certificate can no longer be stored on the RUBCard.
• New RUB staff will no longer receive a RUBCard.

As a result, you will have to switch to logging in using the mobile phone app when your RUBCard certificate expires. This is the only way you can continue to use FlexNow in this case.
