Logging in using the RUBCard will no longer be supported after 23.05.2022. From then on, access to FlexNow with the RUBCard will no longer work.

We therefore recommend that all those who still want to access FlexNow after 23.05. set up the new login procedure (i.e. the one with the mobile phone app, "TOTP") before 23.05. See our instructions at the top of the start page: Click on the button "Instruction manuals" under the button "Login with mobile phone app" and then on the first link. If it does not work for you despite the instructions, please click on the second link, i.e. the one to our "Troubleshooting" document.
